Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field, Minimum five years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role required in a manufacturing environment, understanding of ISO 9001 and related experience leading or maintaining certification, Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, customer specifications, and quality documentation, Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Knowledge of inspection tools, quality control methods, and calibration requirements, Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check, Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more, Ability to stoop and bend, Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time, Alignment with company core values
Nice to Have
Master's degree in engineering or a related field, Experience in leading QA/QC in electrical manufacturing industries, QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor certification, Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies

Ensure corrective and preventive actions processes are in place

Drive corrective actions to foster process improvement
lead and work cross functionally to resolve non-conformances
Defines and specifies implementation of standards

Engage with customers on satisfaction

Support Supply Chain with supplier audits
Support cost estimating for quality-related elements
