What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality, Quality Assurance or related field, Seven (7) or more years of experience, One (1) or more years of management experience
Nice to Have
Advanced training/experience in statistical techniques, Lean manufacturing working knowledge, Six sigma certification, CQE

Manage overall quality control
