Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** 1) Follow, comply and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards). Responsible to ensure employees are properly trained and adhering to such policies and enforcing disciplinary actions when safety infractions occur. 2) Leads the quality team to ensure that Kamtek’s business plan goals and objectives are met. 3) The QM develops and implements the quality management strategy and plans, including resources, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy. 4) Manage the Quality Department; 5) Develop Key Operating Indicators (KOI’s) in accordance with all relevant parties; 7) Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization; 8) Set QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved; 9) Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues; 10) Assess suppliers' and own company's product specifications and customer requirements; 1
