What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field, 5+ years of experience in quality management within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments, working knowledge of AS9100 standards, quality systems management, and audit processes, Experience managing corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Nice to Have
AS9100 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent quality certifications, Experience supporting aerospace manufacturing, propulsion systems, or complex hardware programs, Familiarity with supplier quality management and production quality systems, Experience working in fast-paced startup or rapid hardware development environments, Knowledge of FAA, DoD, or aerospace regulatory compliance requirements
