This role is on-site 5 days a week in Knightsbridge.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Food Safety and HACCP qualification (minimum Level 3), knowledge of BRC or equivalent GFSI food safety standards, Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing or food service environments (ideally with Ready-To-Eat products)
What You'll Do.
driving the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management processes within production kitchens
implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory and internal standards
Lead and develop the Quality Control function
ensuring capability and understanding across the team
Investigate customer complaints and implement effective reduction and prevention strategies
Partner with operations to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and achieve departmental KPIs
Coach and influence chefs and kitchen teams to embed food safety ownership and a quality culture
