What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Food Safety and HACCP qualification (minimum Level 3), knowledge of BRC or equivalent GFSI food safety standards, Proven experience in a quality management role within food manufacturing or food service environments (ideally with Ready-To-Eat products)

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead and embed best-in-class food safety and quality standards across a transforming production kitchen environment. **About the Role** This is a pivotal role responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of food safety and quality management processes within production kitchens. You will lead a team of Quality Controllers and work closely with operational teams, chefs, and stakeholders to ensure standards meet both internal expectations and regulatory requirements, while supporting a culture of accountability and excellence.
