Must Have
7-10 years quality assurance, 3-5 years supervisory management, Quality control systems, Manage quality assurance programs, Conduct quality process audits, Manufacturing or production environment, Manage quality operations, Meet production targets, Managerial or supervisory role, Lead and develop team, Manage and optimize resources, Process improvement and optimization, Implement process improvement initiatives, Maintain quality safety compliance, Conduct safety quality audits, Implement safety programs, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Work with cross-functional teams, Manage supplier relationships
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Lean manufacturing initiatives, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process improvement methodologies, Bilingual a plus
