Must Have
5+ years direct management of Quality Inspection/Manufacturing personnel, 7+ years experience with inspection/assembly processes, Experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100 requirements, Hands on experience using Lean Six Sigma tools
Nice to Have
ASQ - Certified Quality Engineer, or Manager, Program Management Experience, Excellent problem-solving skills
What You'll Do.

Hire and develop a Quality Team
Identify staffing needs
Hold a high bar in new employee selection
Lead Lean and 5S activities
Drive efficiency within Quality Inspection Center
Reduce non-value-added time
Own Material Review Board (MRB) mechanisms
Ensure defective parts are contained
Identify defective parts
Disposition defective parts
Execute corrective actions
Prevent reoccurrence of defects
Initiate kaizen projects
Oversee kaizen projects
Improve product quality
Lead strategic efforts for setup/transfer of inspection capabilities
Lead strategic efforts for setup/transfer of work cells
Serve as the Face of Quality
Identify and solve problems
Develop mechanisms to consistently deliver high-quality products
