Experience in one or more of the following areas: * Quality assurance, quality control, quality management, audit, risk, or compliance within financial services or other highly regulated industries * Performing complex testing and validation of internal processes, preferably in areas such as: * Tax operations * Transaction banking * Commercial loan operations * Deposit Operations **Responsibilities** * Conduct routine evaluations of internal processes to ensure controls and procedures are operating effectively * Identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses; document and communicate findings clearly * Apply data collection and analysis techniques to support quality assessments * Assist in developing and enhancing quality review frameworks and processes * Prepare and distribute daily quality, risk, and control reports * Support process improvement initiatives and product management efforts * Deliver quality metrics and reporting to stakeholders and business partners * Adhere to escalati
