Must Have
Bachelor's degree engineering, statistics or business, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, 3+ years experience in quality engineering, 3+ years experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles, Experience communicating to senior management, Experience working in a fast-paced organization
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Quality Engineering, 7+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives, 5+ years experience in quality engineering, Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, Process Engineering certification, Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes, Supplier quality management experience

Own strategy and evolution of DQS
Write business requirements
Develop long term strategy
