**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Testing and analysis: Perform standard testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and R&D material testing as requested. * Data management: Record, interpret, and report test results accurately in the quality data system. * Quality assurance: Follow established SOPs to ensure the validity of test results and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. * ISO 9001 compliance: Assist in ensuring the lab operates in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support internal and external audits. * Problem-solving: Identify out-of-specification results, participate in root cause analysis, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. * Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records and ensure accurate release of product. * Work with Cross functional Teams to focus quality efforts, identify root cause, corrective and preventive actions. # Qualifications: * High school diploma and 2 years of equivalent experience. * Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with quality management systems and tools. * Ability to interpret and analyze technical data. * Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
