A high-caliber, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern tol actively drive continuous improvement, support Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) process and help maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards and to gain hands-on and exposure to core quality processes. ## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? * Supporting quality projects, such as nonconformity management, quality documentation and analytical equipment. * Lead the development of quality tools and dashboards to ease system monitoring. * Provide daily operational support to the Quality Team during processing activities. * Track and document Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve operational issues. * Participate in cross-departmental Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings. * Analyze non-conformances and ensure correction or improvement actions are executed. * Ensure daily operations adhere strictly to the QMS, product standards, and local regulatory requirements. * Learn and support the role of Document Control Officer (DCC) to improve ISO 9001:2015 processes. * Support the training and development of site personnel. * Perform other duties as required by the team. ## Are you a MATCH? * Currently pursuing Bachelor
