The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. **Job Description** ** _Job Responsibilities:_** * Maintain an understanding of the automotive industry inspection concepts and methodologies. * Serves as senior-level Inspector and subject matter expert in terms of inspection processes and methodologies. * Collaborates with auto technicians to handle and thoroughly inspect significantly damaged or otherwise compromised vehicles. * Plays a lead role in reviewing inspection reports, identifying material issues and recommending steps to secure positive auction results. * Supports team with Inspector training, ensuring team members have requisite knowledge and hands-on training. * Inspecting vehicle equipment and options, documenting results of damage, missing operable. * Engage with VE Leader and customers to understand questions, issues and concerns. * Ensure customer complaints are addressed effectively and in a timely manner * Communicates customer needs and suggestions for changes that will improve customer service and better meet customer needs. * Daily Audits and inspecting of Priority SLA accounts * Other duties as assigned by management. **_Qualifications:_** **Minimum:** * High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience.
