We’re hiring for a Quality Mechanical Inspector position in Hawthorne, CA, on a 6-month contract. The schedule is for the first shift or second shift, full-time. If you have a passion for mechanical products and a keen eye for quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! ## Key Responsibilities Perform in-process and final inspections of mechanical and composite components Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using hand inspection tools and surface plates Verify compliance to engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements Inspect precision mechanical hardware for workmanship and dimensional accuracy Document inspection results and communicate nonconformances when identified Utilize computer systems for inspection, reporting, and documentation Support ongoing production quality activities in a fast-paced aerospace environment ## Required Qualifications Experience performing mechanical inspections in aerospace or manufacturing environments Strong hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other inspection tools Proficiency in GD&T interpretation and dimensional inspection Experience performing inspections on a surface plate Comfortable using computers for documentation and reporting Must be a U.S. Citizen and
