Extensive experience as a Quality Inspector or CMM Operator, with industry and commodity-specific expertise, Proficiency in dimensional inspection of precision tolerance parts, Knowledge and hands-on experience with all inspection tools, Ability to understand and interpret complex GD&T requirements and validate complex assemblies, Experience with multiple primary and secondary part numbers (e.g., brackets, clips, doublers, splices, brackets, drip shields, etc.), Must be ITAR compliant, Must be willing to undergo a background check

Nice to Have

Certified or previously certified in GD&T ASME Y-14.5, 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years as a Mechanical Inspector

Document non-conformances using approved methods and submit non-conformance reports for customer disposition

Verify hardware cleanliness and absence of internal or external foreign object debris

Verify fasteners are properly assure torque stripe is continuous and of correct color

Assure products are free of gaps

and of acceptable contour and waviness

Ensure products are of good workmanship and meet specified standards (e.g.

fastener edge distance)

Review and validate First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation

including completeness

Ensure the protection and preservation of inspected products for subsequent processing and shipment

Verify applicable shipping documentation for legibility and completeness

including part number

This critical role requires an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality assurance practices. If you have a background in the inspection of machined parts, are proficient with all precision hand tools, and can interpret complex GD&T requirements, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.      This position with be on site 1 days a week, 8 hours a day.
