Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with extensive experience and local expertise, enabling us to represent our clients on demand and with greater speed and efficiency than our competitors    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to support our team in Denton, TX. This is a full-time, first-shift position working 4-5 days per week. There is also the opportunity for overtime and weekend work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and harness inspection, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. If you're seeking a flexible opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.  ## Key Responsibilities Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections Ensure products meet quality and specification standards Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.) Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized ## Required Qualifications Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing
