Eligibility Requirements

1st shift for 6-12 months of training and then will move to 3rd shift, U. S. citizen, U. S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U. S. Departments of State or Commerce

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent, Ability to correctly use and interpret basic measurement tools including weight gage, micrometer, caliper scale (linear), gage blocks, thread gages, torque drivers, and comparative standards, Visual inspection experience, Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions, can work with limited supervision and direction, A high level of attention to detail, U. S. citizen, U. S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U. S. Departments of State or Commerce

Nice to Have

2 years’ experience performing in-process or final inspection preferably in a defense, automotive or aerospace business

What You'll Do.

perform visual inspection of finished good parts

completion of documentation to verify compliance

ensure conformance to requirements using calibrated measuring equipment and visual and interpret part drawings and specifications

reference company work instructions and standard operating procedures

Inspect finished good parts for compliance to specification

Review Bill of Materials for completeness and accuracy including accessories and spare parts sales orders

Review completeness of packing lists

Ensure packaging is adequate

Sign-off Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) reports

Collect and provide data required for critical part Final Inspection Reports (FIRs)

Complete Discrepant Material Report (DMR) forms for rejected parts

Fill out and file required reports

Perform additional related duties as assigned

Verify product identification and traceability

Visual inspection of finished parts

Generating Certificate of Compliance(CoC)
