Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures, Competency in reading blueprints, technical specifications, and inspection documentation, Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, Manual dexterity to use precision measurement tools and handle small components, Ability to work in manufacturing environments requires PPE such as safety glasses and steel toe shoes
Nice to Have
1-3 Years of quality/inspection in a manufacturing environment, Familiarity with SAP, quality systems, or digital inspection tools, Understanding of statistical process control (SPC), basic chart interpretation, and capability analysis
What You'll Do.
Inspect incoming materials
in-process components
and finished products
Perform measurement tests using tools
Approve or reject product based on defined create quality notifications
Communicate discrepancies promptly to supervisors
Complete inspection reports
Conduct process audits and perform capability studies
Keep measurement equipment in good working order
and compliant work environment
Support cross-functional teams with data
Perform additional duties as needed
