Quality and/or aerospace background, Medium to high volume manufacturing experience, Competent in handheld measuring, Read and understand drawing requirements, Read, understand and interpret engineering information, IT literate, Experience of MRP Systems, Working knowledge of AS9102, Responsible for all FAI, Follow and promote AS9102 standards

Nice to Have

CMM Experience desired, Use of MCOSMOS software is an advantage, Aerospace manufacturing industry experience is desirable, Minimum of 2yrs in a machine shop is essential, Continuous Improvement and LEAN Manufacturing experience is desirable

Are you ready to join our team? **Key Responsibilities:** * Carrying out First Article Mechanical Inspections of aerospace industry component parts and sub-assemblies to the AS9102 standard * Finalizing First Article Inspection Reports, recording the data on MRP computer system. Develop and maintain electronic file system * Managing and controlling equipment calibration. * Supporting business processes and personnel in continuous improvement activities in addition to providing information concerning product and process quality performance * Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer issues, promoting customer confidence and satisfaction * Supporting the New Product Introduction process through quality planning and implementation, liaising with internal functions and suppliers * Ensuring all quality data is captured and analysed against targets taking action on adverse variation to standard **Required Skills & Experience:** * CMM Experience desired.
