What They're Looking For.

Must Have

HS diploma or vocational/technical education in related discipline and 8 years of related experience OR an AA/AS degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Relevant experience is working in Product Inspection, Manufacturing Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Supervisor/Lead, Experience in working in a Manufacturing or Depot Repair Environment, Experience in drawing or blueprint reading, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, Familiarity with basic inspection Hand tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Inspection scopes, etc.), Past experience working in Receiving Inspection, knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques, Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization, communication skills, both verbal and written, SAP and Microsoft Office Experience, Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Conduct in-process and final inspections of electronic assemblies to determine product quality and acceptability of inspected items

Perform Test Witnessing and Test Data verification to ensure functionality of deliverable units

Review Drawings and Process requirements to support compliance of production items to Technical Data Packages

Interpret and adhere to quality standards

Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and quality

Document inspection results and maintain detailed records

Identify and report defects

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes

Perform administrative tasks associated with file management and material control

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
