What You'll Do.
Review products and materials during manufacturing
Measure objects compared to specifications
Provide inspection results to engineering
Manage gage calibration system
Dimensionally inspect incoming parts
Conduct non-destructive testing
Prepare and file documentation
Sign-off Inspection and Test Plans
Ensure products meet customer requirements
Perform dimensional inspection
Perform visual inspection
Perform receiving inspection
Monitor gauge calibration program
Document nonconforming material
Evaluate non-destructive testing results
Maintain supplier history log
Provide documentation of results
Assist manufacturing by training personnel
Perform source inspections
