Must Have
2 or more years of experience in a quality control/assurance function in a printing environment required, Requires good knowledge of general administrative and manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes key to successfully execute and complete the duties of the job., oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain quality policy, methods and/or procedures when completing assignments, as well as provide a level of detail required to resolve issues., Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.
What You'll Do.
Perform visual inspection of printed materials for defects
Ensure products meet quality conformance specified by customer
Perform samples selection and package for shipment
Perform visual inspection of random samples of product
Follow inspection checklist and records any identified defects
Follow established quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Prepares written reports and provides notification to manufacturing management
Identify potential issues and involve department Lead and/or management
