What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare related field, 5 years of Quality improvement, performance improvement, project management or related field
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in Healthcare related field, 2 years of Participation on improvement initiatives, At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), IHI Open School, At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), IHI Improvement Coach Program, Professional in Healthcare Quality, Certified (CPHQ) - NAHQ National Association for Healthcare Quality Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
