What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, nursing, social sciences, or related field, Experience in health care quality improvement, performance measurement, or practice transformation, Experience working with or supporting health systems, health centers, or community-based organizations, Familiarity with evidence-based guidelines for TUD treatment, chronic disease management, or similar clinical quality initiatives
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in public health, health services research, or related discipline, Experience contributing to program reports, grant deliverables, or evaluation summaries
What You'll Do.
Engage with Component A contractors and health care
Understand current practices
Plan and facilitate QI-focused meetings
Facilitate learning sessions
Facilitate feedback loops
Support alignment between regional activities and statewide strategies
Improve adoption of PHS Guideline system strategies
Coordinate collection of information
Synthesize information from contractors
and policy recommendations
Partner with BH SME and subject matter experts
Ensure QI strategies address medical and behavioral health
Prioritize health equity for populations disproportionately affected by
Contribute to development of guidance documents
Develop technical assistance resources
Help organizations integrate TUD treatment into clinical workflows
Support tracking of performance measures
Track progress toward required outcomes
Assist with preparing data summaries for reports
