Must Have
Leadership role experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, Bachelor's Degree, More than 5 years of experience working in production and/or manufacturing environment, More than 3 years of experience in Nonconformance Processing, Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, More than 5 years of experience in the application of AS9100
Nice to Have
More than 5 years of experience working with quality systems (e. g. , Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)), Commercial derivative or military aircraft maintenance experience
