What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, inspection, Associate’s degree in Electronics, 1-2 years of relevant, Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Experience with utilizing inspection tools, multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, microscopes, Ability to read basic schematics, PCBs, PWAs, Proficient with PC, MS Office, excellent organizational skills, highly attentive to details, capacity to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, excellent and effective oral and written communication, U. S. Person, background check, drug test
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment, Soldering experience, IPC Certification
What You'll Do.
Perform acceptance testing
upgrading of test stations
Perform rigorous stress testing
Identify the serviceability of parts
Inspect First Article components
Read and interpret part documentation
Prepare in-process inspection report
document any inconsistent or abnormal test results
Perform other related duties
