Must Have
10+ years of relevant industry experience, 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience, Proven experience hiring, mentoring, building, and scaling engineering teams, background in software test strategy, system quality, and test automation, Experience in Enterprise Storage technologies, distributed systems, or adjacent infrastructure domains, Experience building automation frameworks and developer tools that improve engineering and release velocity, Experience driving test-driven development in CI/CD-based engineering environments, technical depth and the ability to contribute credibly in architecture and design discussions, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills, BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, Python skills or comparable hands-on coding experience used to drive technical excellence in test automation and tooling, Experience working across globally distributed teams and collaborating effectively with multiple engineering stakeholders

About the Role As the FlashBlade Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented Quality Engineers and Software Test Developers focused on test automation, framework evolution, and product quality for FlashBlade. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Product Management, and Customer Support to identify coverage gaps, translate customer and product needs into scalable test strategy, and drive high-confidence releases in a modern CI/CD environment.
