You’ll get to: * Work with plant personnel to develop Control Plans, PFMEA’s, and Quality processes for all Departments. * Mentor and validate knowledge of Level A-B-C-D inspectors in measuring techniques that include: CMM, 3D scanner, manual metrology tools, quality software, GD & T and calibrations. * Ensure all metrology tools meet the ISO requirements for calibration and certification. * Ensure control plans and process sheets are followed per process requirements and all records are maintained. * Facilitate KPI measurables and monitor action plans for the department. * Provide leadership plans to meet the plant measurables and maintain a defect prevention program. * Assist with process improvements and implementation of poke–yokes. * Coordinate schedules, follow up of assignments, and training of quality assurance personnel. * Provide timely, unbiased, and effective performance evaluations for quality assurance personnel. * Time and attendance, and/or other related approvals using the appropriate software (e.g. UKG, Workday). * Take action to improve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of productivity, quality, and safety. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
