Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** _**Magna NextGen Program**_ During this post graduate program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. As a Quality Engineer you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Quality at MAGNA. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor. **Who we are looking for** * Fluent in English, German or Czech * Willingness to learn and take over responsibility * First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Quality Management, or Process Engineering or similar * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management * Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions * Understanding of process optimization and compliance requirements **Your Responsibilities** * Supplier management
