Quality Engineer & Program Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **First Line Quality Manager** to support the **Apache AH-64** **Quality** team in **Mesa, AZ**! This position manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle and will require demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills **Position Responsibilities** : * Performs management activities across multiple (two or more) Quality Management Job Families * Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies * Provides education and coaching on the Quality System * Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports * Leads, develops and motivates employees ** _Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment_** : To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
