What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical or business field, 2- 4 years of experience working as a Manual Test Engineer or Quality Engineer, experience in manual testing of web applications, Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios, Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Scrum methodologies, Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Qmetry, Azure, or other similar tools, Basic understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries for data validation, Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman or similar (manual execution), Exposure to cross-browser testing tools and mobile testing on real devices and emulators/simulators, Experience supporting regression cycles and release validations, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible diving into the details to identify failure points using various data models and influencing automation. Your Mission As a Manual Test Engineer – P2, you will: Collaborate with product, development, and QE teams to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data for functional and non-functional testing. Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications across different environments. Perform various types of testing, including: Functional testing Integration testing Regression testing Smoke and sanity testing Exploratory testing User acceptance testing (UAT) support Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools, ensuring clear reproduction steps and thorough documentation.
