What You'll Do.
Ensuring product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle (development – production – customer)
Handling complex quality management issues within the entire area of responsibility/specialty
and resolving customer error messages with the goal of error prevention and reduction of quality and warranty costs
Developing quality concepts for new developments and product changes and coordinating quality-relevant release investigations
Ensuring and implementing quality requirements regarding process and product quality with the goal of zero-defect manufacturing
and documentation of internal and external product audits
and product certifications
Planning and controlling quality activities for international product transfers and manufacturing introductions
and quality key figures
Creating and updating test
and procedure instructions
Contributing to the systematic further development of the Integrated Management System
Supporting the continuous improvement process
Supporting work safety and environmental activities
