Reporting to the **Project Manager** , this role will be responsible for driving and improving quality and continuous improvement initiatives across production areas. By applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and analytical tools, the position focuses on reducing defects, minimizing waste, and improving process consistency, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. **What a typical day looks like:** · Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on quality enhancement and waste reduction using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, etc.). · Analyze process and quality data to identify root causes of defects and uncover improvement opportunities (scrap, rework, process variation). · Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality to ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. · Develop and maintain process documentation, quality standards, and operational controls. · Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems. · Train and coach shopfloor personnel on quality tools and Lean methodologies. · Track and monitor quality and continuous improv
