As a **Quality Engineer III** , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our **Data Center Solutions** value stream delivers products that meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. **What you will experience in this position:** * **Represent the Quality function** and act as a primary liaison with customers, building strong relationships and confidence in our processes. * Facilitate **customer engagement at multiple levels** , partnering proactively to address concerns and align on quality expectations. * Collaborate closely with **cross‑functional teams** across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and suppliers — both inside and outside the organization. * Support production teams to ensure **high‑quality, compliant products** are delivered consistently and in accordance with established processes. * **Lead and participate in the defect reduction activities** , driving timely disposition and corrective actions. * **Manage internal non‑conformance reports (NCRs)** and external quality issues, including customer complaints, from identification through resolution. * Evaluate **suspect or nonconforming materials** , working with diverse teams to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions. * Lead quality problem‑solving efforts using **Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies** , including containment, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions. * Support **Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)** activities for new product launches, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, GR&R, Capability Studies, and First Article Inspections (FAI). **YOU HAVE:** * A Bachelor’s Degree in
