Must Have

Diploma, degree, or equivalent relevant work experience, Minimum of 3 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing environment, Demonstrated experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Auditing experience within a quality or manufacturing environment, Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to develop and execute quality objectives, Eligibility to obtain Canadian Government NATO Security Clearance, Meet all requirements for working on Canadian Controlled Goods projects, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of IFS ERP, Qualified Internal Auditor, Familiarity with AS9100, Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2015, Familiarity with AQAP standards, Knowledge of IPC-A-610 / IPC-620 standards, Ability to perform effectively under pressure, Delivering consistent, measurable results, Collaborative approach, Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, Positive, proactive mindset, High level of self-motivation, Attention to detail, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Reliable, Well-organized, Capable of working with minimal supervision, Written and verbal communication skills, Bachelor Degree (or equivalent), 2+ years of related experience, Maintain security clearance
