This is a great opportunity to join a growing, innovative organization where your expertise will be trusted, your voice will be heard, and your impact will be visible — both internally and with customers. **What you will experience in this position:** * **Represent the Quality function** and act as a primary liaison with customers, building strong relationships and confidence in our processes. * Facilitate **customer engagement at multiple levels** , partnering proactively to address concerns and align on quality expectations. * Collaborate closely with **cross‑functional teams** across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and suppliers — both inside and outside the organization. * Support production teams to ensure **high‑quality, compliant products** are delivered consistently and in accordance with established processes. * **Lead and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities** , driving timely disposition and corrective actions * **Manage internal non‑conformance reports (NCRs)** and external quality issues, including customer complaints, from identification through resolution. * Evaluate **suspect or nonconforming materials** , working with diverse teams to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions. * Lead quality problem‑solving efforts using **Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies** , including containment, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions. * Support **Advanced Product
