Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: Participate in follow-up meetings of projects and ensure that specific quality requirements of customers are covered, for get a correct launch and mass production start. Check that new developments in system have flowcharts and process FMEA, to proceed with the preparation of Control Plan and Inspection Instruction Sheets. Get and transmit to the Quality Manager or to appropriate person any relevant information received from the customer, such as events, reminders, important changes of customers, news and claims about corrective action for nonconformity. Check with the Engineering Department at the projects meeting, the priority to develop Control Plans and Instruction Sheets for parts and add them to the folder of the PPAP and meet the scheduled time of submission of PPAP. Apply the PPAP submission through the portals of customers on time. Update packages PPAP approved in the share point of the company. Update on the company's SharePoint "customer performance" each month, with evidence of the documents that support it. Review Control Plans for all active parts and program their audit. Supervise people in the area in order to achieve the inspection on time. Develop inspection plans for GP12 as per CSR and CP required. Training GP12 people on inspection plans and methods. Require and monitoring the delivery schedules for the plant. Track parts in GP12 vs delivery schedules. Assure material in GP12 for delivery has been approved and identified. # Qualifications: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related. 3 years in similar position o 5 in Quality department in automotive industry.
