Must Have
Quality Engineering or QA experience, Testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms, Using Cyara Botium for chatbot test automation, Testing conversation flows, intents, entities and dialogue management, Validating chatbot integrations with backend systems and APIs, Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for AI-driven customer experiences, Embedding chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines, Understanding of testing AI systems, Testing non-functional requirements such as performance, security and accessibility, Collaborating with cross-functional teams, Analytical skills to interpret chatbot behaviour, Communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, Working with Mobile apps as the entry point to the chat bot
