What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in Quality Engineering or QA, Hands-on experience testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms, Proven experience using Cyara Botium for chatbot test automation, Expertise in testing conversation flows, intents, entities and dialogue management across multiple scenarios, Experience validating chatbot integrations with backend systems and APIs, Ability to design and execute end-to-end test strategies for AI-driven customer experiences, Experience embedding chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines, Understanding of the challenges of testing AI systems, including ambiguity, edge cases and training data validation, Experience testing non-functional requirements such as performance, security and accessibility in conversational interfaces, Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle, Analytical skills to interpret chatbot behaviour and translate insights into quality improvements, Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, Experience working with Mobile apps as the entry point to the chat bot, A continuous improvement mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies, Confidence contributing to go/no-go decisions for chatbot and CAI releases
