If you want to be part of shaping the future of mobility, then read on! We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Enterprise Quality & Safety team at our manufacturing site in Mountain View, CA. In this role, you will serve as the primary representative for our final integration team, ensuring that quality is integrated into the design and production of our autonomous, all-electric aircraft. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the quality standards necessary for flight-critical hardware, moving beyond passive support to drive systemic improvements in our manufacturing and inspection processes. Due to the nature of the work required for this position, this is an onsite opportunity. You will be required to work from our Mountain View office. You will collaborate across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), including engineering and supply chain, to lead QMS implementation, conduct FMEAs, and ensure strict FAA compliance throughout the lifecycle of the eVTOL program. By leveraging Google Workspace, Power BI, and the Atlassian suite, you will manage data-driven quality systems and lead complex problem-solving through RCCA and 5-Why methodologies. You will utilize your experience with powertrain systems and metrology tools, such as CMMs and laser trackers, to validate hardware integrity and ensure all manufacturing outputs meet engineering intent. .
