You will plan and perform product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role includes maintaining timely communication with customers, handling quality concerns, and conducting claim analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. You will also support new product launches by providing quality expertise and ensuring requirements are met. In case of quality issues, you will stop production when necessary and initiate immediate quarantine actions to contain risks.
