Full Job Description

• Develops and implements the Quality Control Plans, methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed • Ensure products meet company and applicable industry quality standards. Maintain and align local quality processes with Stanley Black & Decker global quality standards. • Manage customer quality complaints, including root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness verification. • Track and ensure timely and effective closure of NCs, customer complaints, and internal CAPA. • Involve in new product development, including planning, manufacturing support, sample tracking, and validation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product and process quality improvements. • Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure production compliance with approved quality procedures and standards. • Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions • Support development and maintenance of SOPs, procedures, and quality documentation. • Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs • Evaluate QMS effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Support PQP/PcX and SPX quality integration initiatives. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager. **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 43,500 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
