What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive and lead change, Working knowledge of Quality System Management per ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) programs, procedures, and processes, Working knowledge of SEI CMMI processes, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification, IPC or other relevant industry certifications
What You'll Do.
Execute Quality Management System principles and processes
Monitor and support assembly process
Generate and review ECR/N documentation
Disposition and track nonconforming material
Perform internal audits
Coordinate with external auditors
Focus on program support
Support incoming inspection
Support calibration and maintenance
Monitor and report quality metrics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
participate in CCB activities; Participate as a member of the Material Review Board; Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians; Deliver a people-first culture in alignment with Saab’s leadership vision
