**_Job Description_** **What is the opportunity?** We seek an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure superior software and systems delivery. You will lead comprehensive testing initiatives, drive process improvements, and maintain rigorous quality standards across the organization. This role collaborates cross-functionally with development, operations, and product teams to identify defects, validate implementations, and uphold quality excellence. You will be instrumental in establishing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the development lifecycle. **What will you do?** * Apply automated testing to maximize software reliability and minimize regressions * Drive end-to-end (E2E) testing to ensure that web applications function correctly from the perspective of a user * Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across applications * Identify and report defects, track bugs to resolution, and verify fixes * Develop standards by defining quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria before a product can be released * Manage and coordinate Change Requests and conduct post implementation verification based on operational needs * Collaborate with developers, product owners, and end users to ensure everyone is aligned on quality * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software releases **What do you need to succeed?** **Must-have** * 3+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience * Playwright experience for web application testing and automation * Postman experience for API testing and validation * GitHub experience for code management and team collaboration * Proficient in test case development and defect tracking systems **Nice to have** * Experience with managing deployment pipelines and automating processes * AI tools experience (e.g., Copilot, Windsurf) to optimize code development * Knowledge of TypeScript and Python programming * GitHub Actions experience for automating t
