Must Have
Three (3) or more years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or equivalent field required, Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, Ability to lead technicians in inspection methods for assembly quality processes, Leadership experience with hourly employees, Must be a self-starter and able to work independently without supervision
Nice to Have
advanced degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide Quality Engineering support
Lead and support Quality auditors
Participate or lead failure analysis
Manage and report on internal process quality
Communicate process issues/problems/concerns
Generate quality instructions/procedures
Partner directly with Operations teams
Conduct or support internal audits
Perform process capability studies
