In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems on-site to ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. You will play a key role in promoting a quality-driven culture across all phases of the project. You will also have the opportunity to work on one of our key buildings, involving extensive high‑rise tower construction. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to the approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures. * Conducting inspections, tests, and audits on materials, workmanship, and construction processes to verify compliance with specifications and standards. * Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances. * Reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), material submittals, and construction drawings for quality compliance. * Preparing detailed inspection and test reports, quality logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required. * Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and implemented. * Supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with project requirements and international standards (ISO 9001, etc.). * Participating in internal and external quality audits
