Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architect Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution, subject to approval by the Engineer, Bachelor Degree (attested by the concern authorities in KSA), Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles, at least 5 years within the construction or Building sectors in a consulting environment
Nice to Have
Certification in quality management systems - ASQ, IRCA certificate (e. g. , ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
What You'll Do.
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems on-site
Ensuring that construction activities comply with project specifications
and client requirements
Promoting a quality-driven culture across all phases of the project
Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to the approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures
Conducting inspections
and audits on materials
and construction processes to verify compliance with specifications and standards
Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances
Reviewing method statements
ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans)
and construction drawings for quality compliance
Preparing detailed inspection and test reports
and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required
Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and implemented
Supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with project requirements and international standards (ISO 9001
Participating in internal and external quality audits and following up on corrective and preventive actions
Providing training and awareness sessions to project staff on quality-related topics
Ensuring proper documentation and traceability of quality records throughout the project lifecycle

You will also have the opportunity to work on one of our key buildings, involving extensive high‑rise tower construction. **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to the approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures. * Conducting inspections, tests, and audits on materials, workmanship, and construction processes to verify compliance with specifications and standards. * Collaborating with engineering and construction teams to identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformances. * Reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), material submittals, and construction drawings for quality compliance. * Preparing detailed inspection and test reports, quality logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required. * Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and implemented. * Supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with project requirements and international standards (ISO 9001, etc.). * Participating in internal and external quality audits
