You will partner with motivated production teams to detect and address quality concerns, apply quality control measures rigorously, and improve manufacturing processes over time. * Develop and apply established quality control procedures and standards for manufacturing processes. * Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Analyze data and identify trends to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. * Work closely with production teams to pinpoint and address quality concerns. * Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and guidelines. * Record quality control actions and outcomes accurately. * Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes. ## ## YOU HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or five years equivalent experience, preferred. * Proven experience in a quality-related role. * Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work optimally in a team environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in quality control software and tools, preferred. * Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around th
