What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: * Conduct regular incoming in process and final inspections and generate reports and evaluate the results and approve or reject the parts. * Identification of non-conformance parts and take corrective and preventive actions. * Communicate the defect nature to the production team on daily basis and generate NC report * Keep follow-up of NC reports till closure and avoid re-occurrence. * Document all incoming in-process and Final inspection reports and respected test reports and COC and maintenance records as per AS9100 requirements. * Responsible for AS9100 documentations management and traceability. * Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to implement process improvements and resolve technical challenges as they arise. * Respond quickly to issues and efficiently solve problems as needed. * Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Have a solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures. * Possess basic computer skills of SAP entries. You have: * Academic background in**** BE - Mechanical * Previous experience in or with**** 3–5 years working at final and in process inspection within the manufacturing industry. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Good knowledge in manufacturing process (Casting, Extrusions, surface treatment, sheet metal, machining, riveting, and assembly ). Ability to read engineering drawings, routing charts, BOMs, and CAD models. * Knowledge on AS9100 requirements were more preferrable. * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, 7QC tools, PFMEA, and knowledge on VMM. * Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. * Ability to coordinate across teams and lead operators technically. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic glob
