What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Nice to Have
Previous experience in industrial manufacturing environment, quality department, or laboratory environment, Zero to five years of career experience, Experience with quality management methodologies: FMEA, SPC, PPAP, DMAIC, 8D, and 5-Why, Experience with Microsoft D365 or comparable ERP system, Proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization/analytics tools, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification, Previous experience with regulatory compliance and 3rd party certification agencies, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Conduct root cause analysis of component failures
Analyze production and quality data
Identify cost savings opportunities
Identify defect reduction opportunities
Direct Quality Lab employees
Lead departmental Continuous Improvement projects
Lead Lean Manufacturing Projects
Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Implement Corrective Actions for Customer issues
Facilitate Quality Compliance Audits
Facilitate 3rd Party certification audits
Maintain quality and safety standards
Enforce company policies
and work instructions
Analyze Material Review Processes
Analyze Control Plans
Analyze Process Flow Diagrams
Utilize analytical tools for performance analysis
Prepare quality performance reports
Prepare KPIs for management review
Establish product compliance requirements
Enforce product compliance requirements
Drive NCRs to closure
Communicate defects and quality findings
Ensure issues do not recur
Provide internal updates regarding issues
Support cost-reduction initiatives
Drive preventive actions
Drive systemic improvements
Eliminate future failures
Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
