Ability to train, Physical Demands: regularly required to sit, frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or touch objects, tools or and talk or hear, occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch., Environment: required to wear all proper PPE, occasionally exposed to low concentrations of fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals, noise level usually low., May be requirements of travel 25-50% within the first 6 months., Export compliance eligibility for access to U. S. controlled technology (ITAR and EAR), Must qualify as either a U. S. citizen, a U. S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , a Person Admitted into the U. S. as an Asylee or Refugee. , a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U. S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.

Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or technical field, General knowledge of systematic quality management systems, ETQ experience, Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on time, computer skills including Microsoft suite, Effective communicator for groups of customers and employees, Ability to train, Solution oriented, Analytical and problem-solving skills, English language proficiency, Export compliance eligibility for access to U. S. controlled technology (ITAR and EAR), Must qualify as either a U. S. citizen, a U. S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , a Person Admitted into the U. S. as an Asylee or Refugee. , a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U. Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy, 3+ years of experience in a metals or materials production/laboratory environment, Ability to travel (10% or less)

Identify and collaborate on customer issues

Support quality standard (ISO9001
etc. ) through participation in the quality system such as documentation
internal and external audits
Participate in teams and projects throughout the site(s) which drive improvement in efficiency
